Reality is already speaking. You just aren't noticing. Find five repeating patterns in your actual day — things you see, hear, or experience more than once. Don't think about what they "mean." Just notice them and write them down.

Sit still for five minutes. Every time a thought arises, tag where it lives below — when in time, and whether it's about yourself or your circumstances. Don't judge it — just tag it and let it go. The six tags exist for a reason: Regret and Reviewing live in the past (which cannot change). Presence and Sensation live now (the only place creation happens). Fear/Doubt and Planning live in the future (which is a concept, not a place). At the end, you'll see a map — not a score — of where your attention actually went, and what that means.
